I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Pittsburgh, PA) in Nov 2009
Interview
Deloitte came on-campus to interview MBAs and undergraduate students for all practices - FAS, Tax & Audit. I interviewed for their valuation service (FAS). A day prior to the on-campus interview, there was a meet and greet with the 15+ Deloitte representatives (including partners, associates, managers, interns). We had interviews with two managers for half hour each. Questions were all behavioral based. A week later, we were called for an on-site visit consisting of 4 interview half hour each. Finally offers were extended a week later.
It takes a rounds of interview. 1st one is tecchnical. Its difficult. it needs conceptual clarity. You should be confident. If you dont know the answer you should politely say no
Super easy, behavioural questions. Tell me about yourself? Why Deloitte? What’s going on in the Markets? Tell me about your past experience? Why do you want to work in Valuations
I arrived 20 mins earlier to write a short essay: 3 most important factors for your career.
And 30mins interview with hiring manager. Questions were about career goal and basic knowledge learnt at school.
