Interview
First I need to submit a CV and a cover letter to the recruiting platform of Deloitte. Then I need to wait for so so long for the interview invitation (approximately 3 weeks). At the interview, I was asked about my personality, strength, weakness, commitment in general. There were an HR officer and a manager interviewing me. Both were nice and friendly.
Usual questions where you have to talk about past experiences and your studies, why this company and what motivates you to join audit, read about these topics and you will be prepared
The interview process was well organized, and the interviewers were professional and approachable throughout. The overall experience was smooth, with clear communication at each stage. The complete process took around 1–2 weeks and consisted of multiple rounds, including technical and HR discussions, depending on the role and business unit.

assessment centre was just a typical group activity to determine what projects are worth pursuing based on budget with a small twist at the end
and one-to-one was more personal and them getting to know you
