Firstly we had an online assessment which has some aptitude questions section wise. Each section has its time limit and the cut off. I don't remember exactly but maybe there were some coding questions as well.

I was referred by an employee. Heard back from a recruiter a day or so later.
I met with 3 separate people, overall pretty easy and conversational interviews. 2 Behavioral, 1 case study. In all it was done within 2 weeks from when I applied to receiving an offer.

The case study was about a US firm acquiring another company overseas, and what risks one would need to consider when working on this project.

best tip is to just understand how business/supply chains work and take your time!
The third interview recapped the case study, what about your education prepared you to answer those questions. We also went over some more behavioral questions about conflict, working with others, timelines.
