Interview
O processo transcorreu entre as etapas de testes, game de competências, painel de negócios e entrevista com o sócio. Estas duas últimas etapas contavam com a presença de profissionais da Deloitte, que conduziram a dinâmica do processo de forma tranquila e respeitosa. A entrevista final foi bem bacana, sendo basicamente uma conversa com o sócio para alinhamento de expectativas. Todos são super abertos e acolhedores, portanto fique à vontade para perguntar sobre a área e analisar se você se identifica com a empresa.
Colloquio tecnico, essendo per una posizione junior sono state richieste le basi: esperienza pregressa, capacità di redigere analisi funzionali, raccolta BR, test/sit/uat
Domande non molto stringenti vista la seniority prevista dalla posizione.
Si divide come segue:
-il primo è un colloquio conoscitivo telefonico di circa 10 minuti.
-il secondo è un colloquio con i Manager di circa un’ora.
-successivamente vi è la proposta economica
