I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Amsterdam) in Jul 2021
Interview
I met a Deloitte recruiter at an online recruitment event. After some talking we exchanged numbers and he referred me to an IT Campus Recruiter within Deloitte. Later I got called by the new IT recruiter, inquiring about my motivation to work at Deloitte. Then I pointed out some vacancies which he put me through to have a coffee conversation with some colleagues. After I had found the right vacancy, I submitted my CV and motivation letter. After applying with my CV + motivation letter, I was invited to the online assessment. A combination where your IQ and EQ is tested. Regarding my IQ, I scored above average and my EQ was also suitable. Therefore I was invited to the 1st interview with a Junior Consultant + Recruiter. Once you passed the 1st round, you'll be invited to a 2nd round to have an interview with a Senior Manager + Manager of the department which you applied for. Finally, you'll have a last interview with the partner/business lead of the team which serves more like an formality. If he/she approves you, you'll quickly receive an offer from the recruiter. It took 21 working days in total from the moment I applied till I received an offer. All 3 conversations were structured, but a golden tip I want to give is that you have to listen to them carefully and ask questions during the interview, and not just at the end!
