I had prepared well for the interview, I knew why I was interested in a career in consulting, I'd thought through my strengths and weaknesses and come up with some good answers to the questions. I was feeling pretty good about it all.

My interviewer asked if I had any work experience related to startups... I didn't have an answer prepared for that question (I wasn't asked during the online interview if I had work experience in that area) so I told him some of the things that I had done at my old job and showed him a program that I worked on.
College hire Government and public service. 2 behavior interviews and 1 case study. Case study was 2 business scenarios and what would be my process to solve them. We went back and forth on solutions.

What is one time I had a conflict with a coworker and how was it resolved?
First round was Online Assesment - Included 2 coding questions, Computer Science Fundamentals and Aptitude
Second & Final Round - There was a single interview round where they asked me all the technical questions only and no HR questions were asked, he have given me a string and asked to reverse the string and as I have mentioned python in my resume so i was asked to code it in python then once i have completed it he asked to check wether the string is a palindrome or not and successfully i have done it by adding in the same code, next he asked some questions from my resume, he asked me about my internship what i have done in my internship some follow up questions and then some questions related to my projects and at last he have asked some computer science fundamental questions (Interview lasted for about 30 minutes)

What is Normalisation? and in follow up they have asked what are types of normalisation explain all, then again a follow up question, what is BCNF?
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
