Interview
It was an on-campus hiring drive at our college
round 1 - amcat test - quant, logical and verbal
round 2 - TR and HR by the same interviewer
The basis of selection was unpredictable. Many students with amazing coding and great projects got rejected whereas students who performed poorly in grades and with almost nothing in their resumes got selected for the offer directly without further rounds.

Colloquio tecnico, essendo per una posizione junior sono state richieste le basi: esperienza pregressa, capacità di redigere analisi funzionali, raccolta BR, test/sit/uat
Domande non molto stringenti vista la seniority prevista dalla posizione.
Si divide come segue:
-il primo è un colloquio conoscitivo telefonico di circa 10 minuti.
-il secondo è un colloquio con i Manager di circa un’ora.
-successivamente vi è la proposta economica
