Interview
I had to go throught 2 aptitude tests ( verbal an numerical) followed by language check test. The next step were three rounds of interviews with HR, consultunts and managers from the department. I was asked mostly competency based questions and some motivational ones. Overall the process was efficient and the HR team was contacting me on a regular basis and updating the progress of my application.

Mein Vorstellungsgespräch bei einer Big-4-Firma begann mit einer freundlichen Begrüßung und einer kurzen Vorstellung des Unternehmens. Danach stellte ich mich selbst vor und sprach über meinen Werdegang, meine Erfahrungen und meine Motivation. Anschließend wurden mir fachliche sowie persönliche Fragen gestellt.
