I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Bengaluru) in Aug 2021
Interview
The interview was through employee reference. There were mainly 3 rounds which are manager round, An assignment(case study) and a director round. Since I applied for consulting, the majority of the questions were solving case studies. I would say that the CV plays a major role and one who has an experience of min 2 years in analyst role can easily clear the interview with a week of practice.
