Interview
I did the interview process for Monitor Deloitte (strategy consulting).
1 Phone call just to understand which department you want to apply for
1 group case study - nothing to prepare for, quite easy as long as you are able to communicate and present.
Then you are invited to the Monitor selection day.
2 case interviews (1H) with Managers/Sr consultants : typical case interviews for strategy questions but a bit easier/ Less demanding than other strat firms.
1 HR intw (30 min) motivational.
If 3 interviews were positive you stay for a partner interview of 30 minutes. It was way too unstructured compared to other strat firms with mainly market sizing questions/brainteasers.
Colloquio tecnico, essendo per una posizione junior sono state richieste le basi: esperienza pregressa, capacità di redigere analisi funzionali, raccolta BR, test/sit/uat
Domande non molto stringenti vista la seniority prevista dalla posizione.
Si divide come segue:
-il primo è un colloquio conoscitivo telefonico di circa 10 minuti.
-il secondo è un colloquio con i Manager di circa un’ora.
-successivamente vi è la proposta economica
