-Interview with HR officer
-Interview with a Senior
-Interview with Partner
You need to manage your stress somehow and show some confidence and passion about what you want, the interviewers are nice and comprehensive, turn the interview into a conversation and do not hesitate to ask questions as well.

-Why Deloitte ? Values ? Questions about your interest in consultancy ? Why do you want to work in this field ? Where do you see yourself in 3 years ?
Colloquio tecnico, essendo per una posizione junior sono state richieste le basi: esperienza pregressa, capacità di redigere analisi funzionali, raccolta BR, test/sit/uat
Domande non molto stringenti vista la seniority prevista dalla posizione.
Si divide come segue:
-il primo è un colloquio conoscitivo telefonico di circa 10 minuti.
-il secondo è un colloquio con i Manager di circa un’ora.
-successivamente vi è la proposta economica
