Case study is the hard part. Practice case study from the company website. The language and key terms are crucial during interviewing
Very behavioral with a minor case study. Not very technical or rigorous, looking for personable team players. Lots of tell me about a time and case study was a company struggling for profit and thinking through the trade off of selling the company and restructuring

Very personal, depending on the MD the conversation can be completely informal. Otherwise just focus on the "tell me about a time" behaviorals and connect it back to what impact you can make
