I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Deloitte (Berlin) in Jan 2023
Interview
I applied via a Recruiting company and was suggested to take this interview. There are two interviewers, both in relative fields. One focus more on Tech, the other more on SCRUM. I gave a self-introduction, and they asked me questions about the projects in my CVs. In the end, they asked me what kind of topic I would prefer if they send me and code assignment, I said Terraform or Python. But no more feedback.

Question 1
Q: How would you explain to your clients, why do they need a Scrum master in their team? Q: Which part did you do in this previous project?
Simple but very effective. The best thing about the interview was how human it felt, it didn’t feel like they were trying to hit quotas but actually trying to get to know me.
First round is technical. Second is managerial with scenario-based questions on production issues, team handling, and decision making. Final round is HR, focusing on salary, culture fit, communication, and long-term career goals.
