Easy going, friendly, casual discussion with Human Resources. Same on the more technical side. In depth discussion about experience, skills and knowledge. I will recommend although I did not accept the offer, but the interview was a good experience.

Multiple rounds of interviews with a some different employees from different departments of the organization. Call backs in between rounds to further plan and clarify the upcoming stages. Some testing materials given in advance of the interviews and other stuff.
Pleasant, calm, professional and involved questions showing an understanding of financial accounting. Do you know the industry, what you expect from the role, etc. was asked if I wanted coffee? I said no, but continued with interview.
