First the guidance of the company and the department was given for about one hour from a partner. There were about 15 candidates on that day. They call us in a random order to have an interview in a private room. Two interviews were hold in one day. It was 1 on 1 style. The first interview was with two senior managers, and the second one was with two partners.

First round was on campus--I had two back to back interviews with two managers, 30 minutes each. Interview questions were pretty basic behavioral ones; no case. I also had to do a personality assessment before the interview but it never came up during the interview itself. Second round was at the office. Two back to back interviews again, standard behavioral questions again. They took me and a couple other candidates out to lunch and that was it. I received a call with an offer one week after the second round interview (you may hear back sooner, since my school has an agreement with the Big 4 when offers can be released).
