Interview
lengthy but thorough. They flew me into NYC and paid for overnight hotel stay. The process was smooth and I was treated very well. Met with several people who explained job to me. GPA very important. Great place to grow a career, highly recommend.

need to apply current experiences to how they fit what Deloitte is seeking. Leadership, managing on-campus activities, running different groups - all work very well.
You will need to complete Accounting, english, and Hirevue test before interview with HR. Then will move to user, usually manager from your business unit. Maybe will ask about your past project or about PSAK (if accounting). Took a month to get offering letter. HR will call you if you get accepted.
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.
