Interview
There are three parts.
1) Traditional interview asking about yourself, strengths and experiences, etc.
2) Case study interview asking you to walk through a case scenario with its problem and potential solutions.
3) Behavioral interview asking how you would act in certain situations at work and with case groups situations.
30 minutes each with different interviewers.

Question 1
What is a conflict you experienced and how did you overcome it?
Colloquio tecnico, essendo per una posizione junior sono state richieste le basi: esperienza pregressa, capacità di redigere analisi funzionali, raccolta BR, test/sit/uat
Domande non molto stringenti vista la seniority prevista dalla posizione.
Si divide come segue:
-il primo è un colloquio conoscitivo telefonico di circa 10 minuti.
-il secondo è un colloquio con i Manager di circa un’ora.
-successivamente vi è la proposta economica
