Question 1
### First Round: Video Interview
The initial interview lasted about 45 minutes and was conducted by an HR representative. It primarily focused on behavioral questions and a review of my resume. Some of the questions included:
- "Tell me about a time you faced a challenge at work."
- "Why do you want to work for Deloitte?"
I felt that they were assessing my problem-solving skills and cultural fit with the company. The interviewer was friendly and created a comfortable atmosphere, which helped ease my nerves.
### Second Round: In-Person Interview
After a two-week wait, I was invited for a second-round, in-person interview. This round was more intensive, lasting about 2 hours and involving two interviewers. The session included:
1. Case studies
2. A presentation on a business scenario
3. More in-depth behavioral questions
The case study portion was particularly challenging. While I felt well-prepared, I was still nervous during this part of the interview. The interviewers were friendly but focused, clearly evaluating my analytical skills.
### Post-Interview
Following the interview, I sent a thank-you email to the interviewers, reiterating my enthusiasm for the position. The waiting period was shorter than expected – I received an offer within a week after the second interview.
## Final Thoughts
Overall, the interview process at Deloitte was a positive experience and a great learning opportunity. It was well-structured and gave me a good sense of the company culture and expectations. The emphasis on both technical skills and cultural fit was evident throughout the process.
While challenging, especially during the case study portion, the interviewers created an encouraging environment that allowed me to showcase my abilities. Regardless of the outcome, I felt that I gained valuable insights into the consulting industry and improved my interviewing skills.
Three interview rounds: two technical and one managerial. The technical interview focused on the AEM tech stack, full-stack development concepts, project experience, architecture, debugging, and scenario-based questions. The managerial round covered teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and project ownership.

Question 1
First questions: “Tell me about yourself,” “Explain your current AEM project and architecture,” “Describe your role and responsibilities,” followed by questions on AEM components, Sling Models, OSGi, full-stack concepts, and project-based scenarios.
First approach by a recruiter call. After that I got a 3 back to back interview, then another recruiter call for salary negotiation. After a few rounds of thoughtful discussion, the offer was lower than expected.
