The interview experience for the Java Developer role was positive and smooth. The questions were well-structured, focusing primarily on core Java concepts and Spring Boot, aligning well with the requirements for a backend development position. This included detailed discussions around Java fundamentals, object-oriented programming principles, and some specific questions about the Spring Boot framework, such as dependency injection, RESTful API development, and application configuration.
The interviewers were knowledgeable and approachable, creating a comfortable environment to showcase technical skills. They also asked situational questions relevant to real-world scenarios in backend development, which allowed me to demonstrate both my problem-solving abilities and my practical experience. Overall, the process felt balanced and thorough, providing a clear view of the role’s expectations.

I got an email regarding screening round which is Ai bot test focused on non technical questions. I have completed it 10days back still waiting for response. Should I loose hope on this..?
Smooth process with three interview rounds: an introduction round, a technical round, and a final discussion. Overall, it was a good experience, well-structured, and professionally conducted throughout process. Interviewers were friendly, supportive, and made the entire process comfortable.
Moderate, but techno managerial was not good. Seems lengthy. Didnt ask any coding questions rather kept asking same questions again and again, trying to find answers which is already taken from books
