Pathetic time plan, 13 year experience can took minimum 10 mins time to describe the past experience, client projects and scenario questions - do you think 30 mins schedule is sufficient to answer ? I haven't allowed to ask questions about the role, infact the panel doesn't introduce about themselves and not sharing their video. Finally, you're representing your organisation, following things runs in my mind. You're working on weekends, in hurry to join for next call, not introducing yourselves, one of the panel doesn't greet to say Good Morning on video call - a kind of wrong impression. Introducing yourselves, helps to set my mind or preparation to answer for the level that require or elaborate. Since the interview from Cyber practice, you've to share the ID proof over email and show some ID card over virtual call on the screen along with your face. Big4s work on professional work, upon looking this failing on interview is good chance to not get into the trap. I haven;t receive feedback about selected or not selected, still thought of sharing notes to other, ask for 45 mins call. Recruitment team doesn't pick your calls or reply to emails as known, go with some referral.
