Interview
The first step in the interview process, I did an online video demand interview, which was pretty simple and easy. The next step in the process I was scheduled to do an in person interview. The interview was in Atlanta Georgia. They flew me out, which was pretty cool I made sure I looked extremely nice. However it started raining lol so my hair was a mess. The interview process was about three hours long. They divide us into three groups , we had two activities. One was to see how we work as a team to put together the the cart for the galley, and the other was to see how you could reach and lift. The last step was a one on one interview. I thought I did pretty great however I was one of the first groups to leave about a few weeks later I got the thanks but no thank you email. It was a positive experience. I really thought I had it in the bag.
I’m not too savvy with video interviews but it was very seamless, user-friendly, and easy to follow. M The questions were definitely challenging, but do your research! If you know flight attendants, ask them for advice!

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
