I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (New York, NY) in Sep 2015
Interview
After reading reviews in the interview prices, I was super nervous. Then I rationalized with myself I can only do the best I can if its not good enough for them, oh well. So news here's the interview- simple with though engaging questions which encouraged speech and enunciation. I used the HIREVUE app on my tablet and moved on from there. I was called for a one to one interview. I was encouraged to apply in the fall since training would not be conducive to my schedule at the time. The room was full of many young kids. Everyone was nice. We got a chance to see the Chris Brown video while someone was adjusting the screen. I must admit it was nice. I loved it. That Chris Brown. Lol I want to use this position as a stepping stone. I've reapplied but haven't heard from DELTA although they really wanted me when I initially applied. My status is active and pending. One day I shall don the blue. But maybe not today.

Question 1
Are you still interested in the position? Can you handle 75 lbs.
The interview process was fairly straight forward as I had a recommendation from someone currently on the team. One of the two people in charge of conducting interviews was somewhat "lax" in his mannerisms and seemed as though he would've hired anyone (it was a mostly manual labor position) barring some significant red flags.
