Interview
This was my second time interviewing with Delta, so I felt more prepared although they had different questions than I remember the first time. I actually applied for jobs and because they were taking too long to respond I sent them an email to follow-up on my applications. They immediately sent me a link to do the Video Interview. They gave me 3 business days. They also invite me to a lot of open recruitment events which I don't recommend for out of area travelers. It is like a cattle call open to the public and if you spend money to go there is no guarantee you will get in. So best bet is to wait for Video interview invite so you know their is real interest. If you are in the area of a recruitment event I suggest you get there 4 - 5 hours early of the check-in time.
This second interview process was better than the first one. I appreciate the upgrades for the User Experience in this interview. They give you unlimited times to work on your answer. As well, as you can answer over multiple days and it will save your answer and when you log back in you will just click to the question you are at. They help desk replies very quickly if you have questions.
I have not heard back from anyone yet, so I wrote no offer. I just interviewed 6 days ago, so I will give it a few more days before I write to inquire about the process going forward.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
