I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines in Aug 2016
Interview
I applied online on July 21st. I was invited by email to do a video interview on August 12th and had 3 business days to complete. I submitted it on August 16th. The whole interview takes about 30 minutes. There are 6 questions where you have to record a response, and then three yes/no that are only about complying with the dress code. I selected the interview as "difficult" because even with good answers, the odds of getting selected are still slim. I selected "did not get" because the process isn't complete yet.
The questions below aren't word-for-word but they're basically what they asked me. I would recommend coming up with answers and then practice saying them until you feel confident doing it for real. Honestly, the hardest part is just staying calm. Use the breaks they give you between questions to take a breath and prepare your answers more. Good luck!

Question 1
Describe a time you had to adapt to new information in the workplace.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
