Great average. Sitting in front of my computer talking with a screen was different to me but I made up and fix up like I was going to a real live interview. My question was average experiences. I missed up on one but over all it was great. I'm just waiting on my f2f. Honestly I hope to be in the January class.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
