I'm going to suggest before applying make sure your resume is compelling! Also take your time on the assessment. The questions are repetitive and worded differently so take your time.
The anticipation and waiting will leave you sleepless and possibly going crazy BUT be patient! I thought I did terrible in the video interview but everyone will feel that way so do not worry!
A long and anticipating two month wait and I finally got the email for Face to Face. That literally brought tears to my eyes because I was so anxious and excited. I do recommend doing your research even before you get offered a Face to face interview because that will make that day a lot easier and you'll be a lot more comfortable than trying to cram all this information in before your big day!
The actual interview day was amazing from start to finish. The BEST and most FUN interview ever. So regardless the outcome it will be a great experience. I'm not going to give complete details through out the day because I don't want to ruin the fun for you but a few pointers...
