I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
I applied for the position on 11/10/16. I completed two online assessments as well as a more detailed application than the original application. I was then invited to do a video interview on 12/13/16 and completed it on 12/14/16. The video interview was a little difficult and it was slightly awkward but I think I did pretty well. My application status was listed under "current" for about two weeks and then moved to "archived" but was still listed as "under review". It stayed like that for a little over a week and the on 1/5/17, my application status moved back to "current" and I received another email asking me to complete a second video interview. Has anyone else had this happen before they received a F2F?
I only answered "no offer" because I'm not through with the whole interview process yet.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
While performing your pre-flight check, you realize you won't have enough service items for everyone on the plane. If you request more supplies, the flight will be delayed 20 minutes. If you don't request more supplies, you won't have enough for everyone on the flight. Do you delay the flight?
I’m not too savvy with video interviews but it was very seamless, user-friendly, and easy to follow. M The questions were definitely challenging, but do your research! If you know flight attendants, ask them for advice!

Question 1
Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
