Interview
I applied online in late November 2016. I was invited to a video interview in late December 2016. Fortunately, my brother has been a FA for another major airline for over ten years and he was able to coach/advise me on the internal day to day issues. I did the video interview (without RED) lipstick, black blazer, white button-down and natural (nude) make-up (I am NOT a millennial).
I strongly suggest that you have every question mentioned on this site typewritten and in front of you because you will have a few seconds between each question to briefly review your answers. This also helped me to focus, smile and speak without hesitation and directly into the camera. I was asked a total of six questions - this does not include the yes/no questions related to tats and uniform guidelines.
One week later (early January 2017), I was sent an email inviting me to an in person interview in Atlanta later this month. From submission of the online app to the date of the interview in Atlanta, it took approximately a month and a half.

I’m not too savvy with video interviews but it was very seamless, user-friendly, and easy to follow. M The questions were definitely challenging, but do your research! If you know flight attendants, ask them for advice!
