There were a few steps, and mine really weren't much different than most of the other recent ones on here, but I'll walk you through them. 1. Applied through the website for one of the opening links. Here you have to answer a questionnaire about yourself with things like if your work history is related, do you have a passport, etc. it was longer than I expected, so just make sure you have time to do it before you open it. Also it will ask for an optional CV, so if you're going to upload one, have it ready. If you take too long you'll have to start over again. 2. You'll be asked to fill out a survey-like thing with hypothetical questions about your work ethic. 3. Another survey, this one longer and a little repetitive about your basic ethics (are people basically good, etc). I found these tedious, but in no way difficult. 4. I was then asked to fill out an online application that was quite thorough, as they provided blanks for you to fill in about your entire working career. Also not difficult, but I am a little confused why they asked for a CV in the first place if they were going to ask for me to fill out this very specific application later. These first steps all happened within a few days. 5. I got two emails a little under a week later asking me to complete a one-sided video interview within the next three days. They basically give you something like ten questions and you have thirty seconds to think about your answers before you must video yourself giving an answer. This was a little strange for me because I'd never done anything like this in an interview, and I had trouble connecting with the computer screen like I would with a person. There has been someone here who posted all the questions exactly like I got them, but I'll try to remember a few. I completed this step a little over a week ago and haven't heard back from them yet.
