I sent in my resume and completed the application. I also completed the assessment once that was done they sent me a video invite. They gave great instructions for the video and lots of practice questions.

What would you do if you over heard two employee talking about another employee with in ear shot of customers? How would you handle that?
In the beginning there is a video you must watch and pay attention to because one of the questions will ask you tell me something you didn't know or learned about delta from watching the video.
You have the answers all the questions in STAR format. They will explain what that is
