I applied online. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines in Jan 2018
Interview
I applied in October 2017 and in December 2017 I had the video interview, in January 2018 I had the phone interview and last week of February I will have the F2F interview. The questions are all here, as they focus in customer service experience and scenarios. After my phone interview I receive an email saying I wasn`t going to continue but on the next day I received one email to schedule my F2F interview, and looks like it is all set. I saw another group creating a facebook page to get together and help each other so I am starting one so we all can connect before our interview on 02/23. Good to us all!
