I applied in late December, got an invitation for video interview the next day. You have 5 days to complete the video. Its pretty straight forward, all of the questions were on here. Definitely do the practice questions so you can get used to it! I smiled, and was myself completely. I stumbled over some words a couple times but laughed it off. It felt like an eternity before I heard back for a F2F lol. I heard back last week about interview times, I will by flying to ATL on 3/10 for the 12:30pm interview. Is anyone else going then!?

I’m not too savvy with video interviews but it was very seamless, user-friendly, and easy to follow. M The questions were definitely challenging, but do your research! If you know flight attendants, ask them for advice!

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
