      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Los Angeles, CA)

      Interview

I applied online, got an email that I had to complete a digital interview online, which took only about 15 mins. They were a total of 3 questions in that video. Its all pre recorded questions. Its not like an actual live video so nothing to be nervous about. The questions are more like background questions on explaining certain situations you have faced. Like for example "Explain a situation where you went above and beyond for a customer? What was the situation? What did you do? and what were the results". You actually have 30 seconds to prepare before it starts recording. You then have a total of 2 minutes to complete your answer once you are done you can stop recording. Just yesterday I got a call for a 1on1 interview atLAX, for this Saturday at 8am? Im hoping things go good and will keep you guys updated on the process and how the interview process is.
