Interview
Did the video interview,waited about 3 weeks to get email for the face to face interview. I came on Glassdoor a few times did my research, had sleepless nights until that day came.first off you're flying to Atlanta at your own expense, you must book a hotel at your own expense as well which in that area can be pretty expensive for a last-minute trip. The morning of the interview I got in just in time as everybody was being called in.we were taking to a room where about 50 to 60 HR and as well as flight attendants circled the room. I did my part by being extra friendly and talking to as many people as I could. I compliment one of the guys wearing the new Delta uniform little did I know that it was the same guy that was going to interview me for the face to face.i felt great and thought I stood out,the face to face was all similar or related to the video interview ones.in my eyes I nailed it.i walked out of there expecting a call or email saying I got the job.....I didn't 😒 no disrespect to anybody but I think they look for a specific type of character or trait.i have about 5-6 coworkers who are currently training that all are either young black single females,thin and young men also a little fem I guess.leaves me thinking maybe I wasn't gay enough or thin enough for them?smh I just think delta is losing a lot of good candidates by having the hiring system they have in place.

I’m not too savvy with video interviews but it was very seamless, user-friendly, and easy to follow. M The questions were definitely challenging, but do your research! If you know flight attendants, ask them for advice!
