I applied 05/04/2017 the same day i was given the option to so an assessment .. a few days later i received an invitation for a video interview did that about a week i would say i received for a f2f interview .. It was in a group all for languages position spanish , french and portuguese . I was for the spanish interview . The interview lasted from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm ( even though the email stated 2 pm ) first they gave an overview of the position the benefits and stuff all the managers and executives introduce themselves ... after they took to a room where we got call one by one we did two interview one for language and second regular .. After everyone finished they took 30 mins came back 8 people got call ( including me ) then the rest where ask to leave ... 8 out of 21 got the position ! .... Im waiting for my background and drug test the class starts August 4th !! very excited

the language interview they asked to offer a upg to business .. to demonstrate your selling skills and in the language ...
for the second interview they use the STAR method which i honestly found hard !
3 rounds - 1st was to know more about self, second was a computer test for speed of typing and how you would handle certain situations, 3rd was situational interview with a physical interviewer

Describe one situation where you had to make decision on the spot without your manager's supervision.
It was first online through a video interview. Very easy then the second interview is in person. It was very organized and informational. I would definitely recommend my friends to also apply at delta.
