Phone interview then the offer an in person interview if you are considered a fit for the position. Spoke with the HR manager first then if you get a in person interview they send you to the department head
Easy process offered job same day as face to face. Online interview was also pretty smooth. Make sure you answer in star format as that is required they have actual employees in the current role doing the interviews

Second round language and computer proficiency
Third round management round
Once cleared contract might be offered on the spot.
Prepare to put in good referrals as they will be really calling them.
You’re put in a room with all candidates. You’re required to define a word and where you will travel first if hired. From there you interview one on one with a manager.
