Interview
Round 1: Interview through an online portal with various business and behavioral questions. It wasn't very difficult, but it was awkward due to the fact that the portal recorded your answers and there was nobody on the other end. Therefore, it was important to explain how you interpreted the question before answering if the question wasn't straightforward.
Round 2: In person interviews at Delta with a combination of behavioral and technical questions. This consisted of a lunch with multiple Delta employees followed with multiple interviews ranging from younger to more experienced employees. These interviews asked a combination of basic math questions, behavioral questions, and business case questions.
