There was a STAR or basic behavioral format Interview questions. It lasted about 30 minutes with two employees. The questions were nontechnical. Afterward a tour was provided of the maintenance facility and was given by a current co-op to further answer any questions by the interviewee.

Very straight froward process with basic background questions and a couple of technical question to see how you would go about solving a problem. Most of the interview was them explaining my roles and describing day to day life.
