Applied through Delta website in August 2018. Video interview in late October. Video interview was very short, only five questions. You can record (re-record) you answers as many times as you'd like. Follow-up survey (received via e-mail) arrived three days later. Currently waiting to hear if I will receive F2F in Atlanta.

Three of the four questions were situational. For example, "describe a situation where you had to change tasks/handle another task on very short notice."
I’m not too savvy with video interviews but it was very seamless, user-friendly, and easy to follow. M The questions were definitely challenging, but do your research! If you know flight attendants, ask them for advice!

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
