I applied in mid October. Within a week, I was invited to do a video interview. This went well and it was much more facilitated than I thought it would be. I was able to practice first and then when I felt ready, answer the real questions. They give you 30 seconds to prepare your answer and then 2 minutes to record it. The best part is that I had unlimited attempts to record it if I did not like my answer. After another week, I was invited to do an online assessment which consisted of several questions which you rank from strongly disagree to strongly agree. About another week went by and I was asked to schedule a virtual Live online interview. Mine is tomorrow, but I am unsure of what to expect exactly because I believe this is a new part of the process this year. If anyone has any advice or intel on how to prepare for this one, I would appreciate it.
A question from the video interview is below.

Question 1
What excited or concerned you most when watching the video about being a flight attendant that we sent you?
I’m not too savvy with video interviews but it was very seamless, user-friendly, and easy to follow. M The questions were definitely challenging, but do your research! If you know flight attendants, ask them for advice!

Question 1
Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!

Question 1
Tell me of a time you had to deal with a difficult customer
(Tip -remember your work ethic and history)
and why you want to become a Delta Flight Attendant.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
