Needle in a haystack...like most online applications you cross your fingers and hope to be seen. Use your recorded video interview to really let your personality SHINE, even if it does seem weird. If you really want the job don't look at the clock when recording. Just keep recording until you look like a blogging pro.

Like most interviews they wanted to get to know me and why I thought I'd be a good asset to the company.
I’m not too savvy with video interviews but it was very seamless, user-friendly, and easy to follow. M The questions were definitely challenging, but do your research! If you know flight attendants, ask them for advice!
