Interview
Interview Process went fine. I met Delta through an on-campus session, did a video interview and then was selected for an in-person interview in Atlanta. I was flown out, taken to Delta HQ by one of their employees, given lunch, and a gift card to cover travel expenses. The interviewers were inconsistent with the tools they allowed you to use to solve their case studies. The worst part is that they said they would inform candidates on a decision by the end of the month, but took almost an additional month to inform candidates of the decision. When I reached out to see if they had a status update once the end of the month passed, I was ignored. I only found out once they sent the rejection email. Apparently it's difficult to provide an updated timeline to candidates, even if it's the polite thing to do.

If a company asked you to fly a certain route for them at 6am, but you have a 2pm flight to the destination already that you'd have to cancel to make the 6am work, how would you decide whether to keep your 2pm flight or change it to the 6am based on the data given.

Interview had 2 panelists who asked 7 questions, mixture of behavioral and situation questions related to business (i.e. owner of a store, store across the street offers a new product, what do you do?), no technical questions but be prepared to talk about times where you've worked with data and why.

First recorded video interview that consists of a few behavioral questions, then you move on to the next round, which is panel interview with managers, consisting of behavioral and situational questions. My interview environment was pretty calm and comfortable.
