Behavioral questions based on your past experience. Expect to answer them in STAR format.
While being prepared for these questions can increase your chances, in the end it's up to whether the interviewer likes you or not. I guarantee that it's like that for all the interviews, not just with Delta. If the person in front of you doesn't like you, then no matter how well you do at your interview, their answer is going to be: "You're too qualified." If they don't like you and you have no experience, then they will say that you lack experience.
We have people with absolutely no IT experience who are hired by the ITs, because they like the person. And remember jobs like flight attendant can be trained (even jobs like accounting or ux design!), so you don't necessarily have to have experience. Just show them that you are a humble, likable, mature and at the same time, social (NOT TOO TALKATIVE) person.
The key to preparation is meeting all sort of people and being likable. Being socially intelligent is the key to all jobs, and that is something that I lack.
So if you're gonna fake a smile, make it look real.
During the interview, as soon as I started stuttering and I saw the facial expression of the person interviewing me, I knew that I didn't pass the LIVE interview. He was smiling the whole time, but it all shows.
