It's January 13th. I applied on line Nov 3rd. I finally got the face to face video interview invite which I did in the beginning of January. Of course, I did all of the other steps to make it to this f2f. (The personality test and the on line video interview) I suggest testing your computer the night before. Even though we all have done the video interviews with the same company. TEST the system before your face to face interview. I assumed my computer would work and connect as it has done several times before. It did not and I had to grab my cell, go to my email and log at the last minute! Nerve wracking but I was not late. If you use your cell phone, you will need your ear piece to hear the Delta Rep. She had hers in. I could barely hear her but I faked it.
I'm putting that I did get the offer but I haven't heard back yet.
The person was very nice, professional and polished. She asked me..."Why I would be a good fit for Delta." This is where you shine. My advice is to be yourself. You made it this far, have fun with her or him. The entire intereview took about twenty minutes. She was taking notes. I was asked about 6 questions. Situational questions just like the ones here. She said, because of the holidays, it would take a few weeks to hear back. I haven't heard back yet. I'm hoping..no news is good news. I hope this helps. Good luck and I'll see you in HotLanta!

I honestly cannot remember the questions. They are all situational. What would you do if you saw 2 of your coworkers arguing in front of passengers was one of them. The questions were easy. Nothing you haven't heard or done before in your lifetime.
I’m not too savvy with video interviews but it was very seamless, user-friendly, and easy to follow. M The questions were definitely challenging, but do your research! If you know flight attendants, ask them for advice!
