I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Happy New Year ladies & gentleman. Ive previously written a review back in October Of 2018 but I wanted to right another review because my timeline has been nothing short of a rollercoaster. My TL goes as follows.
9/9-completed application & first assessment
9/18-invited to do HireVue interview
9/19-completed HireVue interview
9/27-invitation to fill out and complete Talent Assessment
9/28-completed TA
10/13-invited to do Live video interview. Couple of days later I completed and passed my Live interview and was invited to ATL for F2F
I attended the FSF a couple of weeks later and WAS NOT OFFERED A CJO ON THE SPOT.
About two days AFTER my F2F I got the “thanks but no thanks email and we’re closing your candidacy for the FA position”
Here’s where things take a turn. I received a call recently (last couple of weeks) and was offered a CJO.
You read that right! I did NOT receive my CJO at the F2F. I got a TBNT email shortly after F2F. Two months later I was offered a CJO.
LADIES & GENTS PLEASE DO NOT GIVE UP! What’s meant for you will ALWAYS be for you!

I’m not too savvy with video interviews but it was very seamless, user-friendly, and easy to follow. M The questions were definitely challenging, but do your research! If you know flight attendants, ask them for advice!
