Interview process was long and I'm actually still in the midst of it now. I applied in November then recieved my first email for a video interview in December. About 2 weeks later I recieved a talent assessment then my face to face online interview almost over a month later. I actually thought I wasn't going to get the 2nd interview but still kept hope bc it was taking so long and I knew the training class was about to begin. The process is still very long and ongoing.

I’m not too savvy with video interviews but it was very seamless, user-friendly, and easy to follow. M The questions were definitely challenging, but do your research! If you know flight attendants, ask them for advice!

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
