The interview was easy. Your get brought in with a group of people and are interviewed 1-on-1. You'll know if u got the job right after the interview. I was taken to the back after I finished my interview and accepted the job offer

Interview
It was an over the phone interview process which lasted roughly 15 - 20 minutes. I believe I was asked about 5 questions from the interviewer. The questions ranged from if I was still interested in the position I applied to can I deal with the weather changes due to being outside.

The interview process was fairly straight forward as I had a recommendation from someone currently on the team. One of the two people in charge of conducting interviews was somewhat "lax" in his mannerisms and seemed as though he would've hired anyone (it was a mostly manual labor position) barring some significant red flags.
