Interview
I was very impressed with interview process Delta has internal checks and balances at every level. It was a very lengthy process. The people were very nice and accommodating
I’m not too savvy with video interviews but it was very seamless, user-friendly, and easy to follow. M The questions were definitely challenging, but do your research! If you know flight attendants, ask them for advice!

Question 1
Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
