I applied through my college career site. I had an initial phone call where the position was described to me and we went over parts of my resume that stuck out to the recruiter. That afternoon I got an email asking if I could come in that week for an in-person interview. It was extremely casual, they just went over my resume. I got the offer that following week.
It was a contract position which means that you don't get flight-benefits and your benefits/pay are through a third-party agency, not Delta. Everyone seemed nice, but it didn't seem that fast-paced and based off of the little they were able to share about the actual work I would do it seemed some-what monotonous. Didn't seem like it was something for me.
