I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2019
Interview
I applied for the position through a recruiter. The first phone interview only lasted 15 minutes, and it was clear from the beginning that the hiring manager was not interested in my background. Her first question was "Please tell me what you're doing now and explain the employment gaps on your resume," referring to the 2 months I have been unemployed since leaving my last position. Overall they seemed disinterested in my work experience and it was clear they wanted to end the call just 10 minutes into the interview. I felt that they had already made their decision before calling me, and there was nothing I could say or show them to change their mind. They contacted me just a few hours later the same day to let me know they were proceeding with another candidate.
